Foundation- While we understand business protocol as it relates to our faith and our clients, we wish our clients to know that TheAffinityVA is a business founded on and through faith in God, through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Who We Serve – TheAffinityVA is located in New Hampshire.  However, we support clients based anywhere in the U.S., regardless of whether they operate domestically or internationally.

Standards - A Virtual Assistant (VA) is not an employee, but is a professional resource whose time and skills are being shared with other clients. The following standards have been established to help clients and the company work together more effectively.

Work Turnaround Time – Your business and your clients are of top priority to you and that’s exactly how it should be.  If at any time the urgency of your requirements conflicts with those of another client, we promise to work closely with you to ensure the satisfaction of both clients. 

Hours – Because we believe strongly in work/life balance, we endeavor to maintain normal office hours Monday through Friday.  However, we are experienced in supporting clients who conduct business within various US or International time zones. Also, we understand that real life business comes with occasional “crisis” moments that require the services of your VA outside of normal business hours. However, habitual “crisis” support may incur an up-charge.

Communications - Phone, Email, and Text messages are monitored frequently.  Incoming communications are prioritized by urgency and response time is then scheduled into the day’s client services calendar.  We will do our very best to respond to all incoming communications within 2 business days.

  • Timely response to requests for information or clarification and forwarding of any client-provided supplies
  • Understand that a VA is not an employee, but is a professional service provider (like your CPA, Attorney, or Broker). The only difference is that we have a vested interest in the success of your business.
  • Cooperation in setting up the selected tools/software for communications and project management and to establish the work product transfer procedures
  • Open and honest communication
  • Prompt payment of all invoices
