Customer Invoicing & Monthly Statements

Banking your receivables timely is critical to the efficient growth and operation of your business. For slow paying accounts, Affinity can send out a series of three increasingly strong collection letters.

Expense Statements

If you travel domestically or internationally, Affinity can take your notated cash and credit card receipts and produce a complete expense statement, including monetary conversions, ready to submit for reimbursement.

Credit Card Reconciliation

Have you ever worried that you may not have expensed or been reimbursed for all of the business related charges to your credit cards? Affinity can reconcile your credit card statements to your expense statements and then reconcile your expense statements to payments received.
